Dear Frank,

On behalf of Raytheon Company’s U.S. Business Development Team, I want to sincerely thank you for joining us in San Diego to be our speaker at our 2005 Global Marketing Meeting.

The theme of our Global Marketing Meeting was “Growth – Looking Beyond the Horizon”, and it was particularly valuable for our leaders in the U.S. Development to identify with the Green Bay Packers tradition of success. In a sense, molding and nurturing very capable individuals into effective and winning teams is a common goal that Raytheon and the Packers share. While we are focused on growing Raytheon, your comments on leadership and building a winner through team chemistry were certainly appropriate for all in attendance. Our business development team learned from your remarks, and we will utilize your observations and ideas as we grow ourselves forward.
